Political Beginnings

Elected as MLA from Someshwar in a by-election, Rekha Arya began her political journey to serve the people of Uttarakhand.

2017 & 2022

Re-elected as MLA

With growing support from her constituency, she was re-elected, strengthening her efforts in women’s and children’s welfare.

Ministerial Role

Appointed as Cabinet Minister, overseeing Women Empowerment, Child Development, Food Civil Supplies, Sports, and Youth Welfare, driving impactful change across Uttarakhand.
